AI bot for the stock market

About Radar Acciones

Radar Acciones is an AI-generated stock research bot. It cross-references news, market data, public sources, filings, catalysts and multiple parameters to rank topics worth researching in the stock market.

What the AI bot does

The system gathers evidence, runs analysis frameworks, asks the model for a structured response and stores each analysis with sources, score, risks and invalidation triggers.

What it doesn't do

It doesn't know your financial situation, doesn't place trades, doesn't guarantee returns and doesn't replace the judgment of a licensed financial advisor.

Real risk

Investing in stocks can cause significant losses, even when an analysis looks well documented. A news event, an earnings result or a market shift can invalidate any analysis.

The four radars

Radar Acciones is a market watch panel made of four specialised radars. Each one looks at a different kind of event with verifiable data and consultable sources. None of them says what to buy or sell.

News Radar

Detects new S&P 500 headlines with a real chance of moving the price and filters out the noise. The unit shown is the “market event”: several headlines about the same fact, grouped together.

How it works: Continuous ingestion of RSS, SEC filings and financial feeds. Each event gets a rules-based impact score (economic materiality, novelty, source reliability, historical magnitude, independent confirmations and freshness) and, when budget allows, an AI review that adds expected direction and a reason.

Impact is a relevance measure (0-100), never a probability that the stock will rise. It has not been validated against real returns yet.

Earnings Radar

Watches the earnings calendar for large companies: date, session, EPS consensus, expected move and how the stock behaved on previous earnings.

How it works: Earnings calendar and analyst consensus from public sources, plus the quarter-by-quarter history of reactions. The expected move comes from options or from history and is flagged when the signal is low confidence. No look-ahead: post-report data only appears once it actually exists.

The Earnings Relevance Score measures how much attention a report deserves, not a direction or a price forecast.

Radar Caídas

Looks for solid companies that dropped sharply because of a problem that looks temporary, to research whether the market overshot. It also shows which companies the system discarded and why.

How it works: A daily funnel: universe of listed companies → filter by recent drop → qualitative AI research (thesis, catalyst, risks, invalidation) → publish or discard with a reason. Every detection keeps its date, price and sources, and its move is tracked at 24 h, 48 h and one week.

The score sums up how fixable the problem looks and how solid the company is; it is not a rebound probability or a buy recommendation.

Fund Radar

Shows which companies actively managed funds with public disclosures hold, their weight, and recent moves (new positions, exits, increases and cuts).

How it works: The periodic portfolio reports funds publish are parsed (quarterly data), each holding is mapped to its listed issuer, and the current period is compared with the previous one. It includes significant-ownership signals from official filings (e.g. CNMV).

It is observed institutional consensus, not a buy signal: a fund holding a company does not mean it is a good investment for you.
